The Calm & Capable Crib Sleeper Program:

Compassionate, Personalized, Practical 

Your baby can learn to sleep independently — and you don’t have to figure it out alone.


I help families of 4- to 12-month-olds create healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits through a compassionate, evidence-based approach that fits your baby’s temperament and your parenting style.


I teach two proven, responsive methods:


  • The Attended Method: You stay in the room, offering presence, patting, or shushing, and gradually reduce support. Ideal for babies 4-6m old who are used to contact naps or co-sleeping.
     
  • The Controlled Check-In Method: You step out to give baby space to try & pay attention to baby's communication & respond accordingly.  Faster and often better suited for babies who are stimulated by constant presence.
     

Both are respectful, flexible, and guided step-by-step — I’ll help you decide which to start with and when to pivot if needed.


Mindset Support for Moms

Sleep training isn’t just about naps and schedules — it’s emotional.
When your baby cries and doubt creeps in, I help you reframe those anxious thoughts so you can stay calm, confident, and connected. Because your steadiness helps your baby feel safe as they learn.

  • Comprehensive Sleep Assessment — a deep look at sleep, feeding, routines, health, and goals.
     
  • Personalized Sleep Plan — custom schedule and strategy delivered within 2–3 days.
     
  • A Consultation Call - to ensure you are confident to start your plan on your chosen start day.
     
  • Two Weeks of 1:1 Support — unlimited text and voice memos for real-time feedback and encouragement.
     
  • Troubleshooting Guide — tools to keep progress going long after our time together.

What to Expect

You start by messaging me on the contact page or a DM on Instagram works too. Well chat about your baby's sleep habits & if we're a good fit to work together, I'll send you a link to book your support package. After you book your package, you will receive the detailed sleep assessment. After filling it out, I will get back to you with a custom sleep plan in about 2-3 days. We'll schedule a Consultation Call to go over your plan the day before your start day. On your start day I will support you closely via text & voice memo. You are welcome to send me video & audio clips throughout the process & you'll receive real-time guidance & encouragement as you're following the plan.

This is a troubleshooting call for those whose babies have already learned to fall asleep on their own but are needing help with hiccups in their baby's sleep patterns, whether new or persisting.
